We ship from stock, but must charge an additional $40 if you choose not to send us your old, failed check valve, once you have received your overhauled valve from us.
We clean all components, replace the piston, spring (and seal washers as required) then pressure test in excess of 750 psi for no leaks.
These check valves are warrantied by TYC for 100 hours or 1 year.
CJ6 check valves have smaller size threaded fittings and this item is not suitable replacment for them. See comparison photo of valves dissembled. The Yak check valve is shown on the right.

In the Yak 52 this valve is connected to the rear rudder pedals and their position ( biased either left or right) diverts more compressed air to the wheel brake on that particular side. Air pressure is first stepped down to 80 psi by the U-139A2 reduction valve, also available on this site.

Alaskan Bushwheel Industries ( Scott Pattern) 3200 Tailwheel provides full castoring and breakout for improved ground handling. The Yak Collection's adaptor mates this tailwheel to the existing Yak 55 tailwheel strut using three bolts ( suppplied). The aftermarket Axle and Non-Friction bearing are both very difficult to remove from the ABI 3200 and are also provided in TYC's kit.
- Tension springs ARE NOT provided.
- This modification WILL AFFECT Weight and Balance of your airplane.
- This modification WILL REDUCE Prop Clearance, even though only by a small amount. We measured 1/4 to 1/2"" reduction in Propeller Clearance.

This link ( item 4 in the diagram) transmits the damping force between the nose gear upper strut to the free-castoring lower fork assembly.
Its swivel bearing has been re-chromed and the straight bushing replaced. Fit new pins when installing this link to reduce play in the overall linkage.
